Who we are

This website is run by Scale Equity Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Scale Detailing. "We," "us" and "our" in this policy mean that company. The policy covers this website and the forms on it.

What our forms collect and why

You can browse the site without giving us anything. We only get personal details when you fill out a form:

  • The free audit form on our home page, trade pages and done-for-you sales page asks what kind of work you do, your business name, city and state, your name, phone number and email. It also lets you pick your biggest bottleneck if you want to.
  • The closer application on our careers page asks how long you've been closing, what you've been selling, your name, phone number and email, plus an optional note.
  • The strategy session application on our booking page asks for your contact details, including your email and phone number, and questions about your shop.

We use these details to answer you, prepare your audit or review your application, set up a call, and follow up about what you asked for. We don't use them for anything unrelated to your request.

When you send the audit form or the closer application, a copy of what you entered is also saved in your own browser's local storage on that device. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Texts and calls

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request through OmniScale, our CRM and messaging platform. How often we message depends on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

Agreeing to texts or calls isn't a condition of buying anything from us. We never sell or share your mobile number or your texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who handles your information

Two outside services touch what you send through this site:

  • OmniScale, our CRM and messaging platform, stores contact records and sends our texts, calls and emails. The application on our booking page runs inside an OmniScale form.
  • Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes basic request data such as your IP address and browser type when a page loads.

We don't sell your personal information. We'll disclose it to anyone else only if the law requires us to.

Cookies and analytics

We don't run analytics or ad tracking scripts on this site. Our fonts load from our own server, not a third party. The OmniScale application form on our booking page may set cookies it needs to work. The local storage copy described above stays on your device.

How long we keep it

We keep form details for as long as we need them to work with you or answer your request, or until you ask us to delete them. If the law requires us to keep a record longer, for tax or legal reasons, we keep that record only as long as required.

Your choices

Email us at help@scaledetailing.com to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message from us.

Children

This site and our services are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has sent us their details, email us and we'll delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
